News:Massive Dicephalocerateriasises make a technological breakthrough

On April 20th, the CDG sighted a strange mechanism in the middle of the ocean. The device looked something like a rocket. After contacting all the different dicephalocerateriasis nations and making sure that none of them created the device, the CDG determined that the device was the work of the Massive Dicephs. The device was dispatched with a standard cruise missile (non-nuclear). There was a massive explosion, however, and studies sampling the fallout suggest that the massive explosion was not due to fuel but to some sort of extremely high explosive. These studies have also found amounts of radioactive material that are definitely not negligible. The CDG has determined that the Massive Dicephalocerateriasises are in possession of nuclear weapons, and is working on anti-ballistic missile systems.
