The Common Dicephalocerateriasis Government funded a scientific study of the Massive Dicephalocerateriasis communities in early July of 2009. 100 heavily armored submarines were sent out with huge arrays of video recorders to what was suspected to be the largest Massive Dicephalocerateriasis Settlement. Of these, 3 returned, and at least 100,000 massive Dicephalocerateriasises were sighted. This led to the determination that an uprising will take place very soon.
It is suspected that the uprising will be on April 3rd. The CDG is building more fighters and more artillery. The artillery are going to be permanently based at the beaches which are the easiest to pass. They will be fastened to the ground underneath the sand, and are being shipped to the beaches immediately. The artillery are also being built despite the fact that enough are already present on the beaches in question, since the CDG fears an uprising on all sides of the main continent. The artillery will be fed shells through underground lines from a government building which is being filled up to its 100 million shell capacity and currently has 50 million shells in it. Several other buildings are also going to be used for this purpose. Currently, 2000 fighters are on patrol and 100,000 artillery units have been placed on the beaches, armed and ready to fire 40mm shells.
The Dicephalocerateriasis Department of Wisconsin has issued an alert to all planets within 50 parsecs asking for more help. The Haymeen Empire has sent reinforcements from their army and is developing a system that should be able to detect uprisings like this long before they will happen. The Monster Fleet is also sending a fraction of their army to help. This is the first time that the Haymeen and Monster Fleet have worked together.

The reinforcements from The Haymeen Empire and The Monster Fleet have arrived, and all of the beaches are covered by heavy artillery ranging from 40mm to 100mm except for a 200-mile stretch of land outside of the city of Aecoeireaer. Five Massive Dicephs were sighted about 100 miles from the shore, and they began to run toward the single artillery stationed there. The artillery opened fire and killed four of the five Massive Dicephs in the hour that it took them to run to the shore. The last Massive Diceph, however, destroyed the artillery station and ran towards the capital, where it was stopped by a fleet of 10 F-121s, brought from Earth by The Haymeen Empire. A small division of cargo ships from The Monster Fleet has brought about 140 more and is unloading them at the capital city air base.

General Kragen, the Haymeen Empire's highest ranked Tritam pilot, has arrived with his fleet of 6 ships, equipped with anti-matter and heat seeking missiles.
The undefended area has been reduced to 10 miles. 500 million 40mm shells are available, as well as 50 million 50mm, 1 million 75mm, 1 million 95mm, and 900 thousand 100mm. Construction has begun on a wall around the continent, directly behind the series of artillery.
A group of 10 Massive Dicephs stormed the undefended area and destroyed all defenses within 150 miles on either side before being subdued. The CDG has sent a group of 10 F-121s to cover the area. It is estimated that they will arrive in about 60 minutes.
The CDG has ordered an evacuation of all cities within 250 miles of the undefended area. A strange transmission has been received from an unknown source, the contents of which are displayed here:

It is suspected that this was intended as a warning, but that the signal was mixed up while it was being sent through the water.

The CDG has run out of money, and has decided to increase taxes. The CDG has also passed a "Stimulus bill," calling for the Dicephalocerateriasis Federal Reserve to produce $2 trillion to fund building more defenses.
The Haymeen Empire has stepped in and has sent $5 trillion to the CDG to avoid any political problems during this time of unrest.
The Dicephalocerateriasis Department of Wisconsin has given a high-intensity laser pod to the CDG, which has attached it to one of the F-121s.

The Haymeen Empire has sent a network of 500 hover pods to assist in tracking down Massive Dicephalocerateriasises. The Haymeen Automotive Group has stated that the hover pods will be too small and fast for the Massive Dicephs to destroy.
General Kragen has terraformed a nearby planet into an ecological copy of the Diceph World and is offering transportation for anyone who doesn't want to be in the middle of the uprising.

One of the hover pods triggered a false alarm when it was attacked by a Spike-Nosed Parla. The software on the hover pods has now been tuned to prevent this from happening again.
