News:Haymeen government announces plans to use encryption

Dwarazy 7th, AOU 8633, Alfstad - The Haymeen government have announced that they will start using encryption in Tranzy of this year. This follows The Monster Fleet's announcement that they would start using encryption in their transmissions in October.
Consequently, both governments will be using SHACrypt with asymmetric encryption and one-time passwords.
