The Dicephalocerateriasis Department of Wisconsin, or DDOW (pronounced dee-dow, D as in D-Day, dow as in Dow Jones Industrial) is an organization created to protect the endangered species of the Dicephalocerateriasis and to issue warrants. The website was created by the same person who made LlamaSlayers, Nightgunner5. The DDOW was inspired by TheCrow, a friend of Nightgunner5. It now has an active community that does much more than issue warrants; people talk, vote in polls, and much more.
